Comfy meets menswear.

There are days when you want to dress down but still want to look cute at the same time. That's when  shift dresses come to the rescue and save the day. I would normally have gone with a basic tee,a pair of skinny jeans and heels but for a change, shift dresses it is. As the temperatures start to drop down a little, you can add a leather jacket to the dress for an edgy look or a chunky scarf to keep warm.
For a finishing touch,I couldn't resist to wear my so new oxfords with this dress. Which I think turned out okay.

Happy Fall!
I am already falling into this Autumn spirit thing even though this look doesn't say so.
I am all about chunky sweaters, layering, edgy booties, black and grey colors, leather jackets, heavy textures, oxfords, pumpkin coffee creamer and hoping for long nights catching up on TV shows.
Back to this look,I was inspired by a look I have seen on Altuzarra runway SS15 collection.Very effortless and super cute.

Have you started your Fall shopping yet? What are you into? What's your "it" stores at the moment?
Care to share...

Big Prints Don't Care.

"Do Care" actually! As someone who is transforming her closet into black and neutral colors, this is a big deal! In my opinion, neutral colors are timeless and very classy.
Two years ago, my mum sent this ankara shirt all the way from Africa. I have wore it before and I thought I would wear it again and send her pictures.
This season, I am also learning how to  ditch the heels for more comfortable looks.

Pixie Vibes.

Happy Monday!!
I am officially off work this whole week and hope to relax, sleep, eat a lot and make the most of this week productive here on the blog. And of cause I debut a new look here on the blog too. I have a new pixie wig! I have always wanted to rock a pixie cut as they were so trendy this Summer but I couldn't talk myself into cutting my hair so I decided to wear a wig for couple weeks.

Shades of Grey.

In my opinion,all-grey-everything comes right after all-black-everything.
I was so pleased when I found this quilted top at Forever 21 and knew exactly how I was going to style it. Simple yet formal in a way. And you already know me when it comes to pencil skirt,I am a big sucker!
