There are a gazillion ways you can style a satin slip dress, and I am sharing with you one way to wear it during Spring in this post. I went for a monochrome look with a touch of printed booties to keep it not too dressy.

This dress is the reason why I shop Last Call in Macy's sales. Macy's sale is where I found unique pieces that are ridiculously on sale. I was never a Macy's shopper until I received an offer of their credit card that comes with a lot of sales and offers. They are my go-to when it comes to quality dresses like this dress I am wearing and shoes. I feel like this dress would have had more shape if I had added on a belt to highlight my waist area.

Brand Name or No Name?

Hello,

If money was not an issue, would you wear brands or no brands? I know most people do a mix of both but do really head-to-toe brand name matter? I know people who would not buy anything that doesn't have a name that's recognized out there. In my opinion and if money was not an issue, I would still not wear brand name head to toe. Quality items that are classics would definitely be my go-to. Lots of those!! OMG, lots and lots of classic items!

What's your take on that?

I bought these Free People pants in Macy's on a pretty great sale last year. The last time I posted them, I couldn't find an online link for you guys. Great news, I found them online and they are still on sale.
Lately, I 've been enjoying monochrome looks as they make getting dressed pretty easy. As someone who never plans what to wear ahead of time, pairing similar colors together create polished looks without trying too hard. More similar looks to come...

Sharing with you one of my favorite outfit I 've worn this year so far. I used to own a black version of this dress in a small size, and here I am in a large size. Embracing all this "glo"!
