How To Wear a Silk Skirt During Winter.

After graduating from all-black-everything looks, I can finally say that I have found what works for me in the color department. To think that I used to shy away from colors and now all I want is pairing together colors that belong in the same palette for monochrome looks. How did I do on this look?
This skirt is definitely a fave, I can see it styled with a white tee and strap heels for the Summer.

Mom Jeans.

Hello,

I was super excited when I found these mom jeans at Plato's Closet, a second-hand store that sells pretty cool junior clothing. I don't try on clothes before I buy them, so when I put these jeans on I realized that the waist was a size larger than my regular size. Other than that, this pair was going to be my fave!
I am definitely looking into investing in a good pair of timeless mom jeans. Levi's and H&M have them and some time on sale.

The Camo Jacket.

Hello,

A camo jacket is one of the versatile items in a woman's closet. I like how it brings out the edgy side of any woman. Paired with sky-high stilettos and a pair of black jeans or thrown over a LBD, the camo jacket is a winner. Not to mention how street style the camo jacket is.
I have to say that these boots are my favorite at the moment. The first time I wore them on a shopping trip at Trader Joe's, people stopped and stared(HAHAHAHAAA). I guess they are too much for grocery shopping. I still wear them everywhere because they are comfy and spice up any look.

I have to say that I have always avoided high or knee boots until recently. for us girls with big legs, we tend to shy away from knee boots. These nine West babies are my first and boy, I am enjoying them.

Hello,

For the past three years, I have put all my energy into Nursing school and really focused on nothing else other than getting good grades and taking in as much as I could during clinical rotations. Now that all that is behind my mind, I am ready to start having some fun. 2018 was a successful and fun year for me as I traveled more than I ever did before and celebrated my 30th birthday! From Montreal to New York, to San Antonio, to Erie PA, to Toronto, to Washington DC, to Atlantic City NJ, to Las Vegas, and to Miami celebrating my 30th birthday and ending the year in Ocean City MD.
What a year it has been. I am so looking forward to creating more memories this year! BRING IT ON!
