Modest Fashion.

Hello,

Every time I travel to Canada, I have to hit their Zara stores because US dollars are worth more in Canada so you get more items. I bought this top and skirt in Canada the last time I was there along with other items that I will be sharing on the blog soon. This look is so me on Sundays! From when I was little, I learned from my mom to dress up on Sundays, the value of good perfumes and the beauty of sleeping in good bed sheets. Oh, and the love for flowers!
I have to say that this look is one of my favorite looks I wore this Summer. I felt very feminine and the slit adds some sexiness to this look.

What do you think of this look?

Sleeping Beauty.

Hello,

As you can tell, I had so much fun wearing this wild fable sheer dress from Target. This sheer dress has beautiful lace details and adjustable straps in the back. I layered it with a black t-shirt underneath and biker shorts to highlight these beautiful details. Unfortunately, the dress is sold out at Target for those of you who might want it.

The Basics.

Hello,

Once you hit the 30s, styling a denim skirt gets a little tricky unless you are wearing it with a cool t-shirt and sneakers to a concert. In my opinion. Finding the right style is very important in perfecting a mini denim skirt. Form-fitted mini skirt for our curvy girls, a high-waisted mini for those sisters with a small waist and an a-line mini for pear-shaped girls. When it comes to don'ts, never wear a denim mini skirt to formal occasions. Once again, in my opinion!
In my perfect world, the perfect way to style a denim skirt would be with a blazer, a striped long-sleeve Tshirt and knee-high boots.
What's your favorite way to wear a denim mini skirt? or your opinion or denim minis in your 30s?

Floral Power.

Hello,

Nothing screams Fall like a dark floral dress paired with booties and a trench coat! I can already picture how this dress will be styled the next time I wear it. I like me a good dress that effortlessly transitions from Summer to Fall.
As my style evolves throughout the years, I have found myself buying pieces I can wear more than once and during any season. This dress is for sure one of them!

Summer Dress.

Hello,

This Summer I wore the cutest Summer dresses that I can't wait to share here on the blog. This little number is from Marshalls. Talking about Marshalls, they just started their online store. I can't wait to see what they have in "online" for us hopefully, more goodies like Tj Maxx. And more of these sandals with this look because these sandals go with everything in my closet.
Leave your comments below on what you think of this look.

Do you shop at Marshalls or Tj Maxx? What do you like about these stores?

Pieces that Transition from Summer to Fall.

Hello,

Quickly sharing with you yet another casual chick look I wore this Summer. This little number is from Burlington. I went in for house furniture and this color attracted my attention, turned out it was another jumpsuit I liked. Burlington and Ross Dress for Less stores are those stores I rarely shop from but every time I go, I tend to find a piece that I am really proud of. I am looking forward to taking this color into Fall and transitioning this jumpsuit from Summer to Fall.

Pretty Little Ruffle Dress.

Hello,

When this Summer started, I knew that I wanted my style to be easy and chic. Lots of cute dresses and jumpsuits. I wanted a colorful and playful wardrobe for the Summer. I purchased simple and cute dresses from Tj Maxx and Marshalls in their junior section that I have been wearing this Summer. What I like the most about this wrap dress is the ruffle details that give it a more feminine look and of cause the color!
What do you think?

Don't Make me Blush.

Hello,

You know when you take pictures and none of them turn out ok? This is what happened to me when we took these pictures. My blush outfit crushed with the sun outside which made these pictures a blur. I debated about posting them but no outfit of mine goes to waste! The blouse and the pants costed a total of less than $10 at an outlet store called Gabes. Gabes stores are across the country, I am hoping you can find one near you!
